When our interpreters accept assignments, they make themselves unavailable to others. In order to prevent financial loss, cancellations are charged in full.

We hope you are doing well and staying safe during this difficult time. We are open for business. We are currently working remotely from home, and will continue to do so until further notice.
If you are in need of a sign language interpreter, we are able to provide an interpreter remotely; using Zoom or our video remote platform, Boostlingo.
If your request requires on site services, we are equipped to send an interpreter to your location. To ensure the safety and well-being of our interpreters, we ask that your location adheres to the protocols set by the Center for Disease Control, CDC and the Executive order that have been executed by our governor for the State of Michigan. It is vital that our interpreters feel comfortable and safe while at your establishment providing services.
Our interpreters will be equipped with mask and any other related PPE deemed necessary to provide onsite services. Our goal is to adhere to all protocols so that our interpreters may continue to be safe and stay healthy while at your location.
